In the Non Flyer workshop you’ll spend a weekend in a small group setting with other others who know exactly what it’s like to feel anxious and afraid about flying because they go through the same thing too.
Psychologist, Dr. Ian Shulman will help you to understand why you feel anxious and give you effective tools to help you calm your body and move towards your goal of flying with comfort. You’ll meet an airline pilot, who will answer your questions about air travel and flight safety, and you’ll get time to practice the skills you’ve learned in class on our own, private aircraft. Then, when you’re comfortable with the tools and skills, and you feel ready, you and the group will take that plane on a short flight to prove you can do it!
